Questions For Sept 28th:

• Are folks OK moving the town hall date to Thursday October 26th, to accommodate LFC folks?
• Can we include starter kit in town hall?

Notes Sept 28:

• Consensus was that it is ok to move to 26th.
• Starter kit will not be ready but a talk is possible. Bruno will talk to Jordan. Pano needs to know whether starter kit will be live; Jordan says the target date is mid-October.

9/28: Lucas proposed agenda item for activities in other communities of interest. In particular, discussion of LFC, introduction of LFC people, thoughts on intersection of projects. Mickey seconded. Bruno felt it was valuable.

Brazil is a hot spot for demand. How can we double down?

• Can we organize something in Brazil.

9/28:

• Bruno suggests looking for events in Brazil. Would need to be in Portuguese, with possible English, but not so likely Spanish.
• Discussion of overlap with El Salvador community.
• Next step: call for people to join a real time conversation about Magma in both Brazil and El Salvador. Possibly start a Slack channel. Bruno to reach out to people.

• Decide on weekly standup
  
  • Goal: "New people often propose an idea but then don’t follow up. A standup would encourage finishing. It would provide help when needed. It would be a point of social contact."
  • "How about if we reuse Engineering, but rename that to something about “execution” or “implementation”?"
• Next Steps
  • Outreach commits to using the board for 2 weeks
  • Use github instead of wiki
  • Decide if we want to repurpose engineering meeting to standup, if so.. who should be invited, what should their expectations be, what will be the content, who drives?
  • Wait for new TPM from LF to drive on this
